Can I speak direct with an engineer over the phone?
Of course, we DON’T waste your time going through department after department to ask a simple (or technical) question. You can reach our engineers throughout the day on 0330 133 1187. Our engineers can provide extensive over the phone technical support, free of charge, often fixing issues without the need for an on site call out.
How fast do you respond to breakdowns?
We always strive to get you up and running, over the phone to save you time and money but where a call out is needed, we will be on site ASAP (Usually within 24 hours).
How experienced are your engineers?
We are masters in the trade. Our engineers have a combined knowledge and experience of over 45 years, with a minimum of 10 years each.
